Collectively, we bring extensive experience and passion to Next Play 360°. We have exceptional experience in both corporate and private business. We are entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, community leaders, coaches and leaders of exceptional young women and men.
We know the importance of an education in today’s competitive environment and have a desire to help young men and women use their love of sports to fuel their passion for education.
As STEM opportunities are expanding, we are committed to ensuring these athletes are able to take full advantage of all of the potential that can be available to them through athletics and academics.

Coach Chris Henderson brings more than 20 years of coaching to Next Play 360°. Throughout his career, Chris has coached young women and men on the basketball court and the football field. In that 20 years, he has helped more than 50 players to reach their goals of earning Division 1 and Division 2 scholarships. His teams have won 4 Youth Basketball of America (YBOA) state championships and 2 National Travel Basketball Association (NTBA) national championships. His players have been presented in numerous College Exposure events and have won more than 300 tournament championships. Coach Chris and his staff have coached NBA,WNBA, D1 & D2 athletes and provide personlized, individual instruction.

Tina Frausto joined Next Play 360° with more than 30 years in corporate Operations, Finance and Technology organizations. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Workforce Solutions, a division of Equifax, Inc. In her role at Equifax, Tina not only leads an organization of more than 1500 employees, but is also an active mentor on the Women’s Initiative Executive Committee focused on developing women leaders at all levels in the organization. She has also been a mentor for five years with Pathbuilders, a professional mentoring and leadership development program.
Diego Frausto – Director of Technology

Diego Frausto has had a career spanning the last 30+ years in the technology industry. Diego comes to Next Play 360° as the Managing Director and Owner of Delta Foxtrot Consulting where he has consulted with various companies creating voice and data infrastructures. In prior positions Diego has led a number of technology organizations including Northrop Grumman and Homebanc Mortgage Company. Throughout his career, Diego has managed, mentored and coached individuals to help find their own success. He knows how to recognize success and has create multiple high-performing teams that have received significant recognition.
Crystal Henderson – Director of Operations

Crystal Henderson comes to Next Play 360° with a love for children, family and community as well as exceptional business and organizational skills. For the past 20 years, Crystal has had a successful career as a healthcare administrator. She has also owned and managed a successful childcare center for 5 years. For the past four years, she has been the Administrative Director for her husband, Chris’s non-profit organization, PrimeTime Elite where she manages much of the day-to-day operations of the program.
Through her work with PrimeTime Elite, Crystal has experienced first-hand the struggles that many families face. Her focus has been channeled to working with these young people and teaching them to be aware of and recognize how to create preventive measures. She works with teens to build the skills they need for adulthood in order to help them to overcome the challenges they face as they grow into adults. Her goal is to ensure they have the tools to succeed in life. Crystal’s purpose is to institute a landmark for teens to obtain life lessons through exposure and education.
