Basketball is an extremely dynamic sport that requires athletes to rapidly transition from jogging to sprinting to jumping.  They must be able to quickly elude defenders, rapidly decelerate to take a jump shot, or explosively jump up to grab a reboud.

Speed and agility training is crucial for ALL athletes, no matter their sport,  to improve footwork skills as well as improve cardiorespiratory stamina.  Speed and agility training is also key in decreasing injuries.

In speed & agility training, Next Play's expert staff will assess each athletes current level and abilities and then design a workout for them.
